Sutherby Lane understands that choosing the perfect fit for a fast growing little one can be difficult. We offer a 14 day return policy for size exchange only. If the original ordered item is no longer in stock you will be offered a store credit note or exchange for a different item.
We aim to process all returns within 10 business days after the product has been received. You will be contacted via email of the outcome of your return.
If the exchange is time sensitive, please make a separate order with the correct size & we will be happy to issue a cash refund once the return has been processed.
Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to cover all postage costs associated with returns/exchanges. Sutherby Lane reserves the right to refuse return on products that have acquired defects or have been worn/washed.
In the unlikely instance your garment has arrived with obvious defects, please notify our team immediately & return your product in original condition within 14 days of purchase for store credit, exchange or cash refund. Please contact us at email@example.com by quoting your order number & providing a description of the fault with photos.
If your claim is accepted, you will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. In accordance with The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, Sutherby Lane will replace the item or provide a full cash refund depending on stock availability.
**Each Sutherby Lane garment is handmade with love using intricate hand-smocking and hand-embroidery techniques. Therefore, detailing & appliqué placement may appear slightly different between pieces. This is not deemed a defect, rather a natural occurring imperfection of hand-crafted goods**
