We try our best to ship dispatch orders within 36 hours of purchase. However, due to our location in rural Australia, please allow up to 5 business days for your parcel to be shipped. If you would like your item by a certain date, please contact Sutherby Lane via email & we will endeavor to prioritise your order.
For local customers, Sutherby Lane is happy to offer complimentary local pickup/delivery. Simply enter LOCALPICKUP upon checkout in the discount code/voucher field and we will contact you via email to arrange a suitable pickup/delivery time.
We are more than happy to combine postage on oustanding orders placed with the same shipping address. If you have a previous order with Sutherby Lane, simply enter the code COMBINEPOSTAGE upon checkout of your new order to avoid additional postage costs. Both orders will be shipped in the same postage satchel with the same tracking number.
Orders containing pre-order item’s will not be shipped until the pre-order garment is ready. We recommend placing seperate orders if requiring an “in-stock” item immediately.
Please note - we are unable to combine postage once a previous order has already been dispatched.
