Shipping Policy:
Sutherby Lane proudly operates on a working farm in Rural Queensland. As we do not have daily access to postal services, please allow up 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
If your order is time sensitive, please select Express Shipping or leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD (Est. Delivery ~5-7 business days after dispatch)
Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD (Est. Delivery ~3-5 business days after dispatch)
Free Express Shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00 AUD.
International Shipping:
New Zealand:
Standard Shipping: $15.00 AUD (Est. Delivery ~15 business days)
Express Shipping: $25.00 AUD (Est. Delivery ~5-10 business days)
Free Standard Shipping on all NZ orders over $200.00 AUD.
All Other Counties:
Standard Shipping: $20.00 AUD (Est. Delivery ~15-20 business days)
Express Shipping: $35.00 AUD (Est. Delivery up to 15 business days)
Free Standard Shipping on all international orders over $300.00 AUD.
Shipping estimates are provided by Australia Post & are subject to change. Please refer to the Australia Post website for the latest delivery timeframes.
Combining Orders:
If you have an existing unfulfilled order you may use the code COMBINEPOSTAGE in the discount/voucher field at checkout when placing a new order. Orders with the same shipping address will be combined & shipped together under one tracking number.
Pre-Orders:
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items in the order are available. If you require in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Shipping Issues:
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received your shipping confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.
For delivery updates, delays or missing parcels, please contact Australia Post directly quoting your tracking number.
Sutherby Lane does not accept responsibility for parcels that are delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Returns Policy:
Due to the limited nature of our collections & rural location of our business, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Size exchanges may be facilitated subject to product availability ~ If you have received your item & wish to exchange for the same product in a different size please place a new order of the desired size & email us immediately to arrange a return/refund for the original item. Item/s must be returned unused with labels attached within 10 days of receiving your order. This is strictly subject to approval & product availability. Customers are liable for all associated postage costs.
Faulty Items:
In the unlikely event you receive damaged or faulty goods Sutherby Lane will replace the item or issue a full refund. Initiate a faulty goods claim by emailing hello@sutherbylane.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please quote your order number & provide photographic evidence of the defect/s.
**Each Sutherby Lane garment is thoughtfully handcrafted, meaning embroidery details & fabric placement may vary slightly between pieces. These subtle variations are a hallmark of handmade clothing & contribute to the individuality & charm of every garment. As such, they are not considered defects.**
