Returns Policy 

Please choose your products carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 

If you are unsure about sizing prior to purchasing, please email us directly at hello@sutherbylane.com to ensure you select the appropriate size.

If your product has arrived with obvious defects. Please return your product in original condition & packaging within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own non-refundable shipping costs for returning your item. If you qualify for refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
