We are sewing the final touches on our final garments and anticipate to ship these items Late September/Early October (customers who placed their orders closest to release date will receive their garments first as we allow 8-10 weeks for items to be handcrafted)

Pre-Order Policy:

Shop with confidence! Please read our Pre-Order Policy below. 

 

How The Pre-Order Process Works:

Our pre-order items are made-to-order, which means we begin to sew your garment into a beautiful heirloom as soon as you place your order. Due to the handcrafted process of our garments and intricate hand-smocking and/or embroidery please allow 8-10 weeks from the 23.07.23 for your item to be crafted.

You will receive an email notification once your garment has been finished and a second notification once it has been dispatched to you. All our garments are sent in a tracked parcel via Australia Post. Please refer to our Shipping Page for further details on postage options and costs. 

 

Returns/Exchanges: 

As each pre-order item has been made-to-order, we are unable to offer refund/exchange for change of mind so please select carefully. Thorough sizing guidelines have been provided on each of the product pages to assist with ordering. We also have a dedicated Christmas Sizing Information page. Should you require additional assistance, please feel welcome to email hello@sutherbylane.com with your enquiry. 

 

Size Exchange:

We will try our best to accommodate a size exchange pending stock availability at time of enquiry. Please note, customers are responsible for additional postage & handling fees associated with returns/exchanges.
