Do you have a shopfront? 

Sutherby Lane is an online store operating from an agricultural property in rural Australia. We do not currently have a bricks and mortar store. 

 

What sizes do you stock?

Sizes Newborn up to 8 years in selected styles

 

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

Sutherby Lane is pleased to offer complimentary gift wrapping on any order. Simply specifiy gift wrapping in the order notes, or contact us via email quoting your order # to request gift wrapping.

Our wrapping consists of quality tissue, thick satin ribbon in our signature "Sutherby Blue" & a personalised note you would like hand-written on a card. We will gladly ship direct to the recipient on your behalf. 

 

I have made an error with my purchase, how do I resolve this?

Accidents happen! Please email us within 24hrs of purchase at orders@sutherbylane.com to resolve order errors. Quote your order # in the subject line. Unfortunately, once an order has already been shipped the amendment will be dealt with as per our exchange policy.  

 

Do you offer wholesale?
